Test method: Simulate real riding pressure

In this horizontal force fatigue test, we installed the frame of the electric bicycle on a dedicated test device. The core of the test is to use the cylinder system to simulate the horizontal resistance in the front and rear directions that the frame of the vehicle is subjected to during driving.

The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Frame fixing and installation: Fix the frame of the electric bicycle on the test bench to ensure that it does not deviate or loosen during the test, and to reflect the state of the frame during riding truly.

2. Cylinder pressure: The cylinder is pushed back and forth to apply repeated horizontal pressure to the frame and fork assembly. This process simulates the front and rear resistance of the frame when the vehicle is driving on the road.

3. Data recording and analysis: The entire test process will record the applied force, the number of times and the response of the frame in real-time through sensors. These data will provide a scientific basis for subsequent analysis.

This testing method can accurately simulate the stress conditions of a bicycle during actual riding, thereby comprehensively examining the durability and strength of the frame.

Number of tests: 100,000 times

This standard means that the frame must withstand 100,000 cycles of impact under a horizontal force of 600N each at the front and rear without any structural damage or functional failure. This standard not only examines the instantaneous load-bearing capacity of the frame, but also evaluates its fatigue resistance in long-term use.

Test results: far beyond the standard, impeccable quality

In actual tests, JOBOBIKE's electric bicycle frame showed extraordinary performance. Our test results are as follows:

Forward force: 600N

Backward force: 1200N

Number of tests: 150,000 times

Not only did we test the forward and rearward forces at 600N each as per the standard, we also increased the rearward force to 1200N, almost twice the industry standard. In addition, the number of tests was increased from the standard 100,000 times to 150,000 times.

This test result shows that even under higher loads and longer test cycles, the JOBOBIKE frame still performs well, with no cracks, deformation or other structural damage.
