Symptom: After the battery is fully charged, the ebike can not ride for a long distance and the mileage is shorter than before.

Troubleshooting:

(1) Use the charger to fully charge the battery (the red indicator of the charger turns to green indicating that the battery is fully charged), and then measure the battery discharge port voltage. The normal value is about 54.6V (42V).

(2) Record the TRIP value on the display before riding, set the pedal assistance level to the 3, and then start riding until the battery power is exhausted. After riding, check the mileage value on the display and calculate the riding distance. Then remove the battery and measure the voltage value of the battery discharge port. The normal value is about 42V (30V).

(3) Precautions: During the riding process, it is necessary to ensure that the riding conditions are under ideal conditions.

1. The temperature of the riding environment should not be too low, otherwise the riding distance will be affected. The suitable temperature is about 25 ℃.

2. The road condition is ideal, the ground is flat and hard, and there is no steep slope.

3. The tire pressure is sufficient.

4. During the riding process, there is no frequent braking and sudden start.

1.1 Symptom: Frame deformation.

Solution: If the frame deformation will affect the customer's riding safety, then the faulty parts need to be replaced. If the deformation will not affect the customer's riding safety, then the customer can repair the frame. If the customer is not satisfied with the maintenance plan, then we will negotiate to solve it.

1.2 Symptom: The frame is rusty.

Solution: Please use abrasive paper to smooth the surface, then use adhesive tape to cover the non-rusty part and only make the rusty part exposed. Last spray the paint with similar color on the rusty part and make it dry naturally.

1.3 Symptom: The frame is broken.

Solution: Replace or repair the frame according to the damage severity.

1.4 Symptom: The frame paint scratched.

Solution: (1) If the scratch is shallow, please use abrasive paper to smooth the surface, then use adhesive tape to cover the non-scratched part and only make the scratched part exposed. Last spray the paint with similar color on the scratched part and make it dry naturally.

(2) If the scratch is deep, please go to a professional repair shop to fix it.

1.5 Symptom: The left and right foot boards of the ebike cannot be installed on the frame.

Case 1: The bolt holes of the left and right foot boards cannot be aligned with the mounting holes on the frame.

Solution: Exchange the left and right foot boards, put the 3 screws into the mounting holes and then screw all three bolts together. If the bolt holes of the left and right foot boards are still not aligned with mounting holes, then the left and right foot boards are need to be replaced.

Case 2: The left and right foot pedals cannot be fixed to the rear rack due to the mounting hole damage.

Solution: Please recreate the threaded inside the mounting hole.

1 Symptom: When the front fork twists left and right, it will make a clicking noise at a specific position. The  abnormal noise maybe caused by the fault of the bowl set.

Solution: Replace the bowl set with a new one.

2 Symptoms: Abnormal sound of hub. When the wheel axle rotates, it makes a rumbling sound from the hub.

Solution: Add some lubricating oil to the hub.  

3  Symptom: Brake makes abnormal noise.

Problem detail 1: The brake makes abnormal noise when it is not braked.

Solution 1:

(1) Check whether the brake disc has bent and has other structural abnormalities. If there is distortion, replace it in time.

(2) Check whether there is friction between the brake pad and the brake disc. If there is friction, adjust it in time.

(3) Please contact the manufacturer, who will provide troubleshooting video.

Problem detail 2: The brake makes a strange noise when it is braking.

Solution 2:

(1) Check the brake disc for oil contamination. If there is oil stain, clean it in time.

(2) Check whether the brake pad is seriously worn. If the brake pads are seriously worn, replace them in time.

(3) You can contact the manufacturer, who will provide troubleshooting video.

4  Symptom: Spoke makes abnormal noise.

Solution: Use the spoke wrench to tighten it until the abnormal noise completely disappears.

5  Symptom: Motor makes abnormal noise.

Solution:

(1) Check whether there are error codes on the display.

(2) Check and ensure that the connecting cable between the motor and the controller is firmly connected, and then re-twist the throttle handle to check whether the abnormal noise disappears when the motor rotates.

(3) Use your mobile phone to take a vedio to record the display content and the abnormal noise of the motor, and send the video to the manufacturer for fault diagnosis.
