1.1 Symptom: Frame deformation.
Solution: If the frame deformation will affect the customer's riding safety, then the faulty parts need to be replaced. If the deformation will not affect the customer's riding safety, then the customer can repair the frame. If the customer is not satisfied with the maintenance plan, then we will negotiate to solve it.
1.2 Symptom: The frame is rusty.
Solution: Please use abrasive paper to smooth the surface, then use adhesive tape to cover the non-rusty part and only make the rusty part exposed. Last spray the paint with similar color on the rusty part and make it dry naturally.
1.3 Symptom: The frame is broken.
Solution: Replace or repair the frame according to the damage severity.
1.4 Symptom: The frame paint scratched.
Solution: (1) If the scratch is shallow, please use abrasive paper to smooth the surface, then use adhesive tape to cover the non-scratched part and only make the scratched part exposed. Last spray the paint with similar color on the scratched part and make it dry naturally.
(2) If the scratch is deep, please go to a professional repair shop to fix it.
1.5 Symptom: The left and right foot boards of the ebike cannot be installed on the frame.
Case 1: The bolt holes of the left and right foot boards cannot be aligned with the mounting holes on the frame.
Solution: Exchange the left and right foot boards, put the 3 screws into the mounting holes and then screw all three bolts together. If the bolt holes of the left and right foot boards are still not aligned with mounting holes, then the left and right foot boards are need to be replaced.
Case 2: The left and right foot pedals cannot be fixed to the rear rack due to the mounting hole damage.
Solution: Please recreate the threaded inside the mounting hole.
