Charger faults
2.1 Symptom: The charger cannot charge the battery, and the led indicator remains green.
Cause 1: The charger is not fully inserted into the battery charging port, and the contact is poor.
Solution 1: Ensure that the output of the charger is firmly connected to the charging port of the battery.
Cause 2: Charger cables fault like cable broken.
Solution 2: Replace the charger.
Please contact the manufacturer who will provide the troubleshooting video.
2.2 Symptom: The led indicator of the charger can not light on.
Cause 1: The charger is faulty.
Solution 1: Replace the charger.
Cause 2: The AC plug of the charger is not fully connected to the socket.
Solution 2: Check and ensure that the AC plug of the charger is connected to the socket.
You can contact the manufacturer who will provide troubleshooting video.
2.3 Symptom: The charger led indicator flashes and makes abnormal noise when charging the battery.
Solution: Replace the charger.
2.4 Symptoms: When the charger is charging (the led indicator is red), unplug the charging plug, and then plug it back in. The red indicator turns to green.
Solution: This phenomenon may occur when the battery is about to be fully charged and this is quite normal.
During the charging process, please wait patiently until the led indicator of the charger turns green, and then disconnect the charging cable.
2.5 Symptoms: The charger shell overheated when charging a battery.
Solution: It is normal for the shell of the charger to overheat when charging. To avoid overheating of the charger shell, ensure that the charger is placed in a cool, dry and ventilated place when charging.
2.6 Symptom: The charger explodes and smokes.
Solution: Immediately disconnect the charger from the socket, and then disconnect the charger from the battery.
